Free delivery on all orders over £350/€400

We will always endeavour to deliver within three to five working days. However all goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery can sometimes be out of our control. Delivery times are approximate and we shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, expenses or charges caused by any delay from the delivery of goods.

Should we be unable to deliver the product/products that we have agreed to, we will refund you with the price paid for the products and the delivery charge.

The Hydroponics Store will not be held liable for any losses which results from this lack of availability.

Should delivery be delayed for more than ten days we will contact you as soon as possible giving you the option to cancel your order or continue to wait.
