Delivery

We will always endeavour to deliver within three to five working days. However all goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery can sometimes be out of our control. Delivery times are approximate and we shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, expenses or charges caused by any delay from the delivery of goods.

Should we be unable to deliver the product/products that we have agreed to, we will refund you with the price paid for the products and the delivery charge.

The Hydroponics Store will not be held liable for any losses which results from this lack of availability.

Should delivery be delayed for more than ten days we will contact you as soon as possible giving you the option to cancel your order or continue to wait.

Customers are responsible for the goods from time of delivery. For any reason if you delay accepting a delivery, our responsibility for everything other than damage due to our negligence will end on the date the courier tried to deliver the goods to you.

If goods are damaged during transport the purchaser must inform us within twenty four hours, If you do not we have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery. The items must be in their original condition with the labels and original packaging, the delivery company must be notified of any obvious damage on receipt of goods and documentation must be noted and signed by the driver.

All prices listed on this website are inclusive of VAT and exclude delivery charges, Delivery will be calculated when placing your order.

The Hydroponics store reserve the right to change prices at any time due to increases in VAT, supplier prices etc.
